AAA Limousine Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using any services, booking tools, or websites operated by AAA Limousine ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including reservations made through our third-party partner, Moovs. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using our services—including clicking the “Reserve Now” button within the Moovs platform—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use our services.
Use of Third-Party Booking Platform (Moovs)
AAA Limousine uses Moovs, a third-party software provider, to manage bookings, reservations, customer communication, and related services. Your use of Moovs is also subject to Moovs’ own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to review those policies when placing a reservation. By clicking “Reserve Now” within the Moovs platform, you expressly consent to: Receiving text messages related to your booking, scheduling, updates, confirmations, and marketing efforts from AAA Limousine; Receiving email communications regarding promotions, offers, updates, marketing efforts, and reservation details from AAA Limousine. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in any message or by visiting our Opt Out Form (see “Marketing Opt-Out Options” below). Transactional communications related to reservations may still be sent as needed.
Phone and Email Bookings
If you make a reservation with AAA Limousine by phone or by email, you acknowledge and agree that the act of booking through those communication channels constitutes your explicit consent to: Receive text messages regarding reservation details, updates, confirmations, and marketing communications from AAA Limousine; Receive email messages regarding promotional offers, updates, marketing communications, and reservation-related information. This consent mirrors the permissions granted when booking through the Moovs platform. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; however, essential transactional messages related to your reservation may still be sent as necessary.
Marketing Opt-Out Options
AAA Limousine provides multiple ways for customers to control their marketing communication preferences. You may manually opt out of receiving email marketing, text message marketing, or both by visiting the Opt Out Form available on our website. Once submitted, your preferences will be updated within a reasonable processing period. Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not prevent AAA Limousine from sending essential, transactional notifications related to reservations, scheduling, trip updates, billing, or required service communication.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality provided directly by AAA Limousine—including logos, graphics, text, and design elements—are and will remain the exclusive property of AAA Limousine and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. Moovs’ platform, content, and trademarks remain the property of Moovs and its licensors.
Payments and Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments for reservations made through Moovs may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) or other processors used by Moovs. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information may be processed by these third-party providers in accordance with their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. AAA Limousine does not control and is not responsible for the actions or practices of these payment processors. We advise you to review the payment processor’s terms and privacy policies before completing a transaction.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Our services, including the Moovs portal, may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by AAA Limousine. AAA Limousine has no control over—and assumes no responsibility for—the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that AAA Limousine shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content or services. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
Additional Charges

To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and timely operation of our services, the following additional fees may apply:
1. Cleaning / Excess Damage Fee
AAA Limo reserves the right to charge the customer up to $250 for any excess damage, cleaning, or trash removal required at the end of the ride. This includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive spills, stains, bodily fluids or messes

Vandalism or damage to vehicle interior or exterior

Removal of excessive garbage

Replacement of missing or taken items belonging to Limo (e.g., phone chargers, cables, or accessories)

The final fee amount is determined at AAA Limo’s sole discretion based on the condition of the vehicle after the trip.
2. Wait Time Charges

We reserve the right to charge customers $25 per hour for driver wait time incurred beyond the following grace periods:

Domestic travel and standard pick-ups:

A 30-minute grace period applies. Any wait time beyond 30 minutes is subject to wait-time fees.

International airport pick-ups or non-domestic travel:

A 1-hour (60-minute) grace period applies. Any wait time beyond 1 hour is subject to wait-time fees.

Cancellation Policy

Van Transportation Services
All reservations made with AAA Limousine are subject to the following cancellation terms and conditions. By booking transportation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy, which is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before Pickup
Customers may cancel their reservation no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Pickup
Any cancellation made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in the customer being charged the full fare of the reservation, and no refund will be issued.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled pickup time, without prior cancellation, will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will result in charges equal to the full fare of the reservation.
Method of Cancellation
All cancellations must be made through the same method used to book the reservation or by contacting AAA Limousine directly using the approved contact information provided at the time of booking. The effective time of cancellation will be determined by AAA Limousine’s system records.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. While AAA Limousine will process refunds promptly, the timing of posted refunds is subject to the policies of the customer’s financial institution and is not controlled by AAA Limousine.
Compliance With New Jersey Law
This Cancellation Policy is intended to comply with all applicable consumer protection and transportation laws of the State of New Jersey. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under New Jersey law.
Company Discretion
AAA Limousine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation fees in extraordinary circumstances. Any such waiver shall apply only to the specific instance and shall not establish a precedent for future reservations.​
